Rare Persuasive Argument to Get a Camera Phone

I was skimming Crooked Timber today and saw this post on using a camera phone as a memory aid:

It is so obvious, so simple and so useful, that NOW I finally see the point and want one.

I may be a Luddite, but I can be seduced by certain features . . .

I know I love mine for sure. I always have it, but don't always carry a camera! get soem realy candid shots!
The kids sking was from a camera phone!

I often snap photos of the information card next to a sculpture or painting I've taken a picture of, I used to take pictures of for sale signs out side of homes that interested me so I'd have the phone number, and I take photos inside sotres for ideas for my house as I'm remodeling. It's just a regular small camera, but serves the same purpose.
